Suzanne
Kieffer
Suzanne Kieffer has been a professor at Université catholique de Louvain since 2017. She holds a PhD in computer science from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1, France (2006). As a UCLouvain postdoctoral research fellow from 2006 to 2017, she was responsible for integrating user-centered approaches into a wide range of projects, spanning from e/mHealth initiatives to industrial projects. Her research interests center around human-computer interaction, with a current focus on user experience (UX), UX integration, and UX capability/maturity models.
